Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture items, our white-glove delivery service may take 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Nette ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach more international destinations soon.
How do I care for my Nette textiles?
Most of our linens and throws are machine washable on a gentle cycle with cold water. We recommend air drying or tumble drying on low heat to maintain fiber integrity.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
